• Junior Research Fellowship
  
  • Total recruitment :- 09 job/Post,
    
  • Age Limit:-28 years.
  • The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to scheduled castes/tribes, and women, physically handicapped and OBC applicants,
    
  • Educational Qualifications:- M.Sc./ M.Tech./ M.V.Sc. in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Bioinformatics/ Microbiology/ Pharmacology/ Chemical Sciences or any other areas of the Life Sciences with minimum 55% marks. Candidates must have cleared UGC/CSIR JRF/NET or equivalent examination. Candidates whose M.Sc. results are awaited can also apply. Candidates appearing for Pondicherry University Entrance Examination would also be considered on merit basis.
• Technical Officer Grade- I
  
  • Total:-01 Post
  • Emoluments: Rs. 20,000/-pm (fixed), Age Limit:-Maximum 35 years.
  • Educational Qualifications:- B.E./B. Tech./ M.Sc./ in Instrumentation or related areas with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade. Desirable: M.E./M.Tech./Ph.D. in Instrumentation or related area.

  • Age Limit:-32 years.

Desirable: Specialization in Toxicology/Cancer Biology/Cell & Reproductive Biology/ Molecular Biology/Immunology/Proteomics /Genomics/ Natural Products/Bioinformatics or related area.
• Technical Assistant

  • Emoluments: Rs. 15,000/-pm (fixed),
    
  • Age Limit:-Maximum 30 years
  • Educational Qualifications:- B.Sc. in any branch of Life Sciences with 55% or equivalent. Two years experience in relevant science laboratory.Desirable: Good command over English, and Computer program with experience in handling laboratory equipments and biological materials.
